University Students
Studying at either Falmouth University or the University of Exeter (Penryn)?
Penryn Surgery work in conjunction with both universities and are the only local GP Practice to offer consultations daily during term time on Penryn Campus.

If you'd like to register with Penryn Surgery
Register Online using the link below:
When you register with us:
- your home address is your university address, including any room, flat, block, street, town and postcode. We must have this information to register you ('Tremough Campus' is not enough)
- Your previous address is where you will be coming from.
- Just fill in the quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.
- The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.
- You can find your NHS number here
- Paper forms are still available if you need one - (Contact our reception team on 01326 372502)
Once you have been registered you will recieve a welcome text informing you to complete a Klinik submission (see top of page) if you take regular medication or need to consult a GP at any time.
We advise students moving to the area to ensure they are up to date with vaccinations BEFORE moving here, including HPV, MMR and Meningitis ACWY. For overseas students we offer a catch up vaccine service once term begins.
Taking Regular Medication? Asthma Inhalers? The Contraceptive Pill? Insulin?
If you are coming to uni for the first time, re-registering or have been prescribed new medication while on a break from uni, you will need to tell Penryn Surgery so we can keep prescribing it for you.
Once you have received confirmation that you have been registered you will be sent a link to send us a photo of your repeat prescription counterfoil or a photo of your new medication package. We will need to see the name, strength and dose. Our clinical pharmacist will set this up as a repeat prescription so you can order on-line when you need it next. Please make sure you bring a month's supply with you so you don't run out.
If you don't tell the clinical pharmacist which medication you take in advance, you won't be able to re-order on the NHS App when you get low!
You can nominate a local pharmacy where you will collect your medication - remember to nominate one BEFORE you place your order. There are 2 pharmacies in Penryn - Hendras at Penryn Surgery and Hendras Market Street which is in the main street.
You can do this online via Airmid or the NHS App.
