Our Reception Team

Our Reception Team are absolute heroes. Please be nice when you speak to one of them! They are trained to guide you to the right type of appointment and will try their hardest to help with your enquiry. They can get a rough deal if a patient gets frustrated, and rarely get told what an amazing job they do. Please tell them if you think they've been helpful with your call.

Our Admin Team

You'll probably never speak to or see most of our admin team, but they are the engine that keeps the surgery going. They'll remind you that your smear is due, or book your childs immunisations at the right time. They'll ensure your notes transfer between surgeries and will make sure your hospital letters are correctly read and actioned. They can type faster than most people can think and have a fond affection for post-it notes.
